| Boss N Sidekicks BBQ, was established in 2002 by two Nebraska farm boys living in the heart of cattle country. Their love of smoking beef brisket with hand selected hickory wood produced a unique and mouthwatering flavor. The smoked brisket they served at family gatherings and friend’s parties soon became a local favorite. A part time hobby was fast becoming a full time business as word spread throughout the region. Their growing popularity soon led to the formation of Boss N Sidekick BBQ Company. |
